IE Woman in Business es un Club de hombres y mujeres que nace con la inquietud de promover y ayudar a que la igualdad laboral y social sea una realidad. La globalidad empresarial y social configura un marco competitivo que hay que afrontar desde la formación, la comunicación y la coherencia; dejando a un lado la exclusión por cuestiones de género.
Por todo ello, el principal objetivo de la asociación es ser laboratorio de ideas y proyectos que nos ayude a conocer mejor la trazabilidad del mercado laboral y nuestro papel en él.

Created at the end of 2002 by the Alumni Association of Instituto de Empresa, IE Women in Business emerged as an initiative of ex-alumni who are sensitive to the woman's position within the workplace. Integrating both men and women, the alumni and current students of Instituto de Empresa are conscious of the productivity improvement and contribution value brought on by women within the competitive frame of the workplace.
We expect this blog to be a medium in which to share ideas and exchange opinions about the themes that interest us the most. Welcome to all!!
